In 2012 Scepco asked Top Well to perform a campaign of several wells involving running velocity strings with isolation packers and other downhole equipment.

Well Data:

- Casing: 114mm (4.5”)
- Max Pressure Possible: 40 Mpa (5700 Psi)
- Well Depth: 3500 Meters (11,482’)
JH-1 was the first well completed for this contract. The first step was to rig up on the existing master valve of the well and retrieve a wireline set bridge plug set 500 m from surface. The TW-240 was rigged in, pressure tested and the bridge plug retrieving tool run in the hole to just above the BP.
The well was equalized using a pump and the BP unset and snubbed out of the hole.
After the BP was recovered, the tubing string BHA was prepared and snubbed into the well.
The string included six swell packers, multiple sliding sleeves and other downhole equipment. Careful planning was needed to design the BOP spacing and BHA lengths to permit the safe deployment of the string.
The string was run with no incidences and landed successfully using a specialized tubing hanger.
After the string was landed, the unit was rigged out, wellhead upper section rigged in and tested, and TW moved on to the next well in the campaign.
